I told my ex, not to contact me anymore, so he blcks his # and hangs up in my face. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I have not called, e-mail, text etc. After I told him not to contact me anymore, he sends this very crazy e-mail, "You are one ugly big nose b@@@, and you are beneath me, you got out buying me a birthday gift, you broke a** b**...." The e-mail goes on and on. I didn't respond to the e-mail or call him about it. I wish he just stop calling and hanging up. Now, when I see a block number, I let it go to voice mail. Please Help!

While you are ingoring his calls...just go ahead and delete emails and don't upset/bother yourself reading them. Maybe you can add his email to a block filter? Is this an ex-boyfriend or ex-husband? If it's a boyfriend then continue on. If it's an ex-husband and there are kids/unfinished division of stuff that needs handling then let him know that your laywer can be contacted about anything related to that (or better have the laywer let him know). Also, you said it's been a couple of weeks...maybe it's approaching time for a restraining order.
